April 2017
Dear Pastor and praying friends:
Winter is gone, Spring is here, and summer is just around the corner. It’s amazing how time flies. Praise God!! Three Churches have partnered with us since our last letter, this brings our monthly support up to 13.48%. Our new supporting churches include, Pleasantville Baptist Church in New Castle Delaware, as of February, Great Hope Baptist Church in Chesapeake Virginia, as of March, to include Central Coast Baptist Church in Marina, CA. It is a blessing to see God work and as He moves us just a few steps closer to getting to Mozambique.
Tomorrow we travel to our first meeting of April. We have been blessed to help family members by house sitting for them here in Oregon, this saved us money and was a nice change from hotel living. We will leave Coquille Oregon on April 2nd, and will drive to Sierra Vista Arizona for a missions Conference. After this we will travel to Clark Fork Idaho, and then return to our home church for Easter. After Easter, we are scheduled for meetings in Visalia California and Tacoma, Washington. We will travel over 5,100 miles in April, hopefully our scheduling will allow us to have meeting closer together so we don’t have to cover so much territory in a month.
Our prayer when home for Easter is to finally get a Truck to pull our trailer that is stored in Indiana. This would be a great blessing to us and the churches we can schedule by reducing expenses associated with lodging.
Praise God, our calendar if filling up as July is almost full, October is full, and June, August and September are in the works. We are overjoyed to have been able to schedule seven meetings in the last two weeks.
We have had a splendid time with the (7) churches we have had the privileged to visit from January through March, making new friends and prayer partners. They have all been very generous through their giving, support, and friendship.
Thank you, so very much, for your financial and prayer support as we continue to make our way to Mozambique. In Christ’s Service, The Tayler Norris Family, your missionaries to Mozambique
