March 2019 Volume 4 Issue 2
Dear Pastor and praying friends:
We are back on the road again after being at home for the last three months at our sending church. During that time, I flew to one meeting. The rest of my time was occupied by filling in as the Youth Pastor at my church, as you know from my last letter.
We had a great time getting to know the teens and teaching them from God’s word. On Wednesday nights I taught a series of lessons on the churches of Macedonia, and on Sunday mornings we were going through lessons on God and his attributes. We also had a contest for 2 months where the teens could earn points by participating in what goes on at church, during that time a brother and sister that ride our bus to church, came to every service including every night of Missions conference. In the end the sister won 1st place for the girls and the brother won 2nd place for the boys. Our last Sunday one of the parents of the teens came and told us that they wished that we would stay because their sons had been enthusiastic about coming to church and were enjoying teen class.
Big News: Praise the Lord, Enoch was Born January 29th, weighing 7lbs 6oz, and 20 inches long! I also Praise the Lord that, I was able to give a clear presentation of the Gospel to the Midwife that delivered Enoch!
On the Wednesday after the birth of Enoch (I was not able to be at church), one of the young teen guys went and found our pastor after class and told him he wasn’t saved, and so, Pastor lead him to the Lord that night. He has since followed the Lord in believer’s baptism. We feel blessed to have been a part of planting and watering that seed.
We had a splendid time in the 1st church we visited in January. We made new friends and prayer partners and enjoyed their generosity, giving, support, and friendship, they greatly blessed us. We now have 63% in support commitments. I praise God for His safety provided as we’ve traveled over 3,000 miles since our last prayer letter.
Thank you so very much for your financial and prayer support as we continue to make our way to Mozambique.

Prayer Requests:
- Safety as we, continue traveling
- For the many Churches that have said that they would like to take us on for support, that God would enable them to have the finances to support us.
- For our Trailer that the repairs would hold.
- We will be able to schedule meetings and fill our calendar.
- We will raise the support needed to go to the field, and that we can leave by Summer time of this year.
- For the People of Mozambique that God would work even now in the hearts and lives of the people to prepare them for the Gospel.
- For our ability to learn quickly as we begin to study Portuguese and as we continue a course in Biblical Studies to complete our required classes.
- For our continued good health, so that there will be no setbacks on the Deputation Trail.
- That our Spiritual lives will remain close to God and for us to grow each day closer to him, and that we would not stray from His will or be caught up in the snares of the Devil.
