Dear Pastor and praying friends:
We pray your Churches had a great time remembering the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior and that many
people were reached through the preaching of the Gospel. Since our last writing, we have traveled from one corner of the country all the way to the other. We started out in January in the Northwest (Oregon, Washington, and Idaho)
and transitioned to the Southeast (Virginia, Texas, Florida, and South Carolina) in February where we have
remained through March.
When in Florida while out door knocking my eyes were opened to the fact that many people in this state are
turned off to the Gospel. The first 8-10 doors where shut in our faces before we were even able to talk. One
man from Russia listened as we presented the Gospel to him while using his Russian and English Bible. The man I
was with said, he was going to have the Russian Pastor who meets at their church follow up on this man to
make sure he fully understood the Gospel.
I praise God for the safety He has provided as we added 15,286 miles to our account in the last 3 months. Our
serpentine belt shredded as we drove down the freeway last month and God kept us safe and took care of us.
We have had a splendid time with the 18 churches that we visited during, January through March, as we
made new friends and prayer partners. Their generosity, giving, support, and friendship have blessed us. We
thank the Lord that Joshua Baptist Church (Joshua, TX) agreed to partner with us in reaching Mozambique. We
are now at 35.03% support.
Big News and prayer request, our travel trailer that God blessed us with is currently unusable in the parking
lot of one of our supporting church’s. The flooring has separated from the walls. We are praying about what
God would have us do, either fix it or get rid of it. We are unable to do anything with it until about mid-June
when we can return to where it is parked. Please pray for God to give us wisdom in this matter.

Prayer Requests:
- Safety as we, continue traveling
- For our Trailer and what God would have us do with it.
- We will be able to schedule meetings and fill our calendar.
- We will raise the support needed to go to the field.
- For the People of Mozambique that God would work even now in the hearts and lives of the people to prepare them for the Gospel.
- For our ability to learn quickly as we begin to study Portuguese and as we continue a course in Biblical Studies to complete our required classes.
- For our continued good health, so that there will be no setbacks on the Deputation Trail.
- That our Spiritual lives will remain close to God and for us to grow each and every day closer to him, and that we would not stray from His will or be caught up in the snares of the Devil.
